What Does Inclusive Leadership Mean to You?
i think the first thing that matters, specially for product managers, is to give everybody else the stage. i want to give an example from my amazon time where we have a researcher who was like, very passionate about accessibility. And when we started leveraging her recommendations, we only not only made our product better, but also improved customer feed bak. So i think it's not only about listening, but it's also about implementing many of the perspectives, many of the things that you hear.
