The Universe Is Expanding, Right?
Astronomers can see that everything is moving away from each other. That does not mean matter is being created or destroyed. Time is a measure of things getting further apart from each other, he says. We don't know why the universe is expanding at an accelerating rate and we do not know if there are other universes.
