Agile should not be a thing to do, it should also be a way to be. OKRs are crucial for the way to become client-centric over shareholder-centric. They replace fear of failure with the trust to make better mistakes and improve customer success. If 30% of your work isn't towards your OKR, you have a good question. Stop the stupid is a big part of it, right? Reduce downside, mitigate or eliminate downside to increase upside.
