There is zero existing home supply out there. The homes that are out there are old and they are not at the right price point. So as a public home builder, what we believe is the main place to target is this entry level first-time buyer. Really, it's a need-based purchase. You're maybe getting married, having children. Things in life events that necessitate more space. And that is where we believe, well, that's where the demand currently is.
