What Are the Most Important Identity Groups?
How do we choose what are the most important identities to us? And then there's a second question. When you're talking about social medias, how do you determine what identities to signal to others? So for example, on my twitter profile, it probably says, my new one is author. That's a brand new social identity that i have. But it's like, professor of psychology, because i used my twitter for professional purposes. It doesn't say, like, father, even though maybe that's my most important identity. I don't need to signal it to anybody. No, it doesn't resonate with anybody.
