The Importance of Honesty Enthusiasm

I find that to be an important reminder because I think in a day and age where feedback is, I don't know, it's such a cliched word. If people think things should be different, wouldn't you want to know? And, Honesty enthusiasm, yeah. As a leader, or as leaders, we should be more genuinely curious about figuring out what those things are.
