Do You Have Too Many Options?

If i have too many emales in my in box, then i can no longer see the really important ones there. And so when there are too many things, they all mean the same thing. I look at it and sometimes  I'm like, oh, well, that's a lot of tils for that project. But if i intentionally defer, push these off, put them on another list,. Put them somewhere else, so that they are not clogging up the system. They are put away as a thing that i don't need to think about right now.
