Yen: I started free lancing after getting laid off, after working at a marketing agency for six months. The first big light bull moment was when my old boss called me up and he said, could you tell me your free lance rate? And i'm like guggling, what is free lancing? What is a free l Lance rate rate? But anyway, that's how i got started. So it was being pushed forcibly out of the nine to five nest i i coach so many free lancers now, who have had to muster so much more courage than i had to muster.
