Is This a Degenerative Anomaly?

Machine learning tools are being created to be able to tell whether or not an image has been photo shops. When you compress stuff like that, you end up with a bit of a paper trail. You have like these blocky artifacts. And when you photo shop something from one of those things to begin with, you are now moving those artifacts in ways that couldn't have possibly been generated when that file was originally created. It's kind of figuring out what degenerative adversarial network is.
