PZM's Are Just Magic for Sound Effects
PZM's are underrated for travel too. You can just take them with you in a little bag and just drop them like landmines. If my house was burning down, it would be the one thing I would try to grab. My first rig was a chef's MS rig and it's still the single. But there are other options now to build an MS rig cheaper. Figure out microphones were really few and far between. There aren't that many of them.
