Royal Caribbean's Coverup of George Smith's Death

George Smith went missing on a Royal Caribbean cruise in July of 2004. The FBI investigated the case, but concluded there was not enough evidence to conclusively prove foul play. His family has accused royal Caribbean of covering up for their son's death. In 2012, his family won a settlement that guaranteed any new information about George's case would be made available to them. But ultimately, no one was ever convicted of killing George Smith and he died in 2019.
