There's this huge kind of political I guess difference between how the enlistees and grunts whatever are trained and the political environment of how officers are trained which is essentially hardcore hardcore individualism versus a kind of completely submitting yourself to the collective. like the big greek that was one of the really interesting things they had this guy they called the big greece right would hit people for them.
