How to Prioritise Your Business Initiatives
All sorts of business initiatives kick off all around the business. And so when you've got all these use cases kind of like swirling around you, I can imagine you in the middle of a storm. It's always problematic as the wrong work is done outside of IT. The challenge is always that you'll be dealing with important stakeholders and those agendas are really valid. We need to explicitly deal with that and recognize it and organize our way around it.
