How Long Should Slow Rides Be?
The first couple hours of these rides may feel slow, but if you are doing them as intended, don't want to put a figure on it necessarily. At some point, you'll hit a point where you're going to start to feel this fatigue that is not like fatigue that you feel from hard intervals. It's just going to be this sort of whole body fatigue. And it continues on to get more apparent and more taxing as you go into your fourth hour, your fifth hour, your sixth hour. If you're Trevor, your eighth hour, your ninth hour. Because that's fun.
