i'm very used to being a field commander kind of roll, which is i'm working with one team. Someone else has set out the vision, but it's my job to figure out how we execute it. I do volunteer work with the us Marines and work wi the veterans non-profit. So there are clear lines in what i do to nearly everything else that not clearl dotted lines inwhat i do for microsof. It's something that i'm working on, and it's something i i have a fantastic manager who is the director of open source at microsoft.
