Acute Aortic Recurgitation

This is andy anderson, and she is a 35 year old woman who has a history of straptacop pnemmonia and managitis. Four months ago, she's coming with sudden onset of dismia. A quick bedside ultra sound shows that her left ventricular ejection fraction is 60%. And there is no paricartial fusion. I haven't yet differentiated what the cause of her shock on oscultation, i do know a diminished ason and an early diatolic murmur at the left upper sternal border,. So doctor crember, i am suspecting this patient has acute aortic recurgitation.
