The federal government has mandated that the treatment for cobat is go home and take some tile and come back when your lips are blue. If you delay treatment past seven days, and you start to really have the pulminary compromise that puts you into the i c u on, then you're in a kind of 15 to 25 % mortality rate. And so most of the population now knows, stay the hell out of the hospital or they'r going to kill you.
