How SEPA Works in the Trump Case
In the Trump case, the Justice Department or the Special Counsel has determined not to charge the unlawful retention of hundreds of documents that it asserts were unlawfully retained. None of them are charged except 31. And those 31 each get their own count under 793E. "I assume that those 31 documents among the hundreds of possibilities were chosen for exquisitely precise reasons," he says.
