What's the No Fly List?

The no fly list is a, so there's two lists in question here. There is the terrorism screening database which is a much longer list of individuals shared across a bunch of different government departments. And then inside of that there is the smaller, more tightly controlled list. You're not technically supposed to be able to see the list.
