The Importance of Core Core CPI in Japan
Core core CPI is actually still rising at 3.5% versus 3.2% previous. But if you want to include that cost of food also increased the most since September of 1980 burger prices are up like 40%. Now that's great and all, but I don't really care how you slice and dice and decipher the Japan CPI figure because as it relates to B.O.J. policy in the immediate term, it doesn't relate to it at all. This is a special one off edition of market depth about outgoing governor, Haruiko, Corona and his historic decade.
