Finding a Man in a Garage

Police called Mark Twitchell to open up a garage he was renting. They found the building locked with a combination padlock and no one inside. A strong smell lingered inside, indicating something had recently been burned in there. Deodor emanated from an oil drum in one corner that had scorch marks, and contained charred remains. Most of his roll of duct tape had been used, all his garbage bags were gone, and an unopened bottle of cleaner was now half empty. The residential space was rented to temporary foreign workers while someone else lived in the basement.
