The Importance of Mental Health in Ice Climbing
I think that actually the, I started sport climbing more in the past couple of years. So for me, ice climbing, I was able to manage and have like really good fine focus and then go home. But I also know that when I needed to sleep train my kids and I remember being so terrified of not doing a middle of the night feeding and like breaking the middle of night feeding. Like how do we actually balance all this and make a choice that we're going to be successful at and then be okay with whatever that success was? That's just yet another piece of it, right?
