The Importance of Slowing Down

I would tell my younger me to slow down and to not try and feel that I had to do and see and conquer everything instantly. If you're 25 and haven't done like lots of crazy impressive things you wasted your life and stuff it just makes you feel shit and doesn't help. 60 seconds of burpees is extremely painful yeah especially when you're trying to do it super fast because I've really worked on my technique to the past few years. What's your next adventure a few different things  not quite sure I'm trying to break the 60 second burpee world record at the moment which is more of a doing a lot of burpees and working on different exercise routines.
