We have seen many different ways to track devices and make use of it cross site, cross device and cross whatever tracking in order to deliver so-called personalised advertising. And at the beginning of all of that, like with the apple in paradise, there is a CMP. So you could say that advertising in itself such CMP texts on the first layer, so might even be subject to a privacy directive per se,. But the point is you have an infrastructure that is not by default legal, like it's not configured in a legal in a compliant way but everyone is relying on it.
