Women's Empowerment in Rwanda
Women's promotion is largely topped down inrande. It's not from activism or as a movement like we have in the west, where we have had different studies of feminism. And to day, 64 % of the people in parliament are women. That's a global record. Last year, in a ranking of countries by how they'd squared the gender gap, rowanda came in sixth. that sixth in the world after being a total patriarchy just 20 years ago. While the united states, with its many decades of women's movements, the united states ranked 20, eighth.
