Toxic Substances Control Act - The Standard That's Relevant Under the Law

The EPA said that it was doing enough already with respect to the IRA and other rules. They only provided a quantitative assessment of emissions reduction tower from inflation reduction act. And in fact, that one shows only a small real but small reduction from what otherwise was to occur without the IRA. That's not even the standard that's relevant under the law.
