i feel like the last few years have been particularly weird. The fed went way too big on expanding its balance sheet to almost eight trillion dollars, i think you're going to see the fed go too far because they're focused on the wrong thing. Raising rates doesn't rduce the amount of money in the system. Its mechanism takes a long time to really see the net effects in the economy. And raising rates right now is really pushing on a string and just going to make the recession deeper.
