The Importance of Persistence

I think some people feel that just to play devil's advocate that they're smarter. They've got better ideas, that they're ready for more. But the higher people may feel like, oh, no, you're not ready because you're not X,. That happened to me as well. I was definitely a young girl in a production department and sort of taking notes. When I finally left the company, and I did leave after six years - it was awesome when within the year I got called back!
