The number one thing that i always come back to is doers, people who are actualy ging to roll up their sleeves and get stuffed on. I think there's also a certain scrappiness in the early stages that's really important. As opposet at a later stage company, where you need a lot more process, it might be more important to aline with cross functional stage holders. What has that taught you about recruiting out of very large companies? And what does it say if somebody spent the last seven years at a certain scale of company?
