The U.S. Should Have Responded More Forcefully to the Rabin Assassination
Rabin was a prime minister who was going further than past prime ministers had gone toward making peace with Palestinians. He was murdered by a settler and the rest is history. That led to Bibi's rise to power, basically. But I do think it is necessary, but not sufficient, that you kind of get a different Israeli politics emerging from this in order for any progress to go ahead on the Palestinian issue.
