Is This More Wholesale Than Retail?

Soso: We like a cliff where if if the gross margin is below this number, they get a percentage. And if the grossmargin is above this number,. they get a different percentage. So that way they're very much incentivized to stay in in a target. Is this more wholesale, be to be, or more direct to consumer? In that way, they're kind of like two different ball games. It's like retail versus wholesale.
