I think there are so many different threads to pick up on in the interest of time, you know, sort of maybe bring us to a final set of questions. I mean I'm thinking in particular for the patient right now, when we think about the ways in which clinicians in the medical system operate as kind of gender bureaucrats or border agents of gender and proper subjectivity. There are real material stakes for the ways that a patient talks about themselves within the context of the clinic.
