The rail workers' union says it is willing to work with the government on changes. But they must declare their dispute over and there will be no more industrial action. The train operating companies are offering a 5% pay rise for first year of talks. They want job cuts, closing every ticket office in Britain and de-staffing stations. And that's not what Network Rail has offered them so far.
