Isometric Stretching

The goal is to try to get the muscle to lengthen while you're holding the stretch. So as you follow maps and Ebola, versus being contracted, right, right? I'm actually trying to get more of a range of motion as I'm going through the movement. With this, I'm trying to lengthen, but I'm lengthening with weight. This is tapping into the very strange hypertrophy effect of holding a long stretch and it doesn't cause much damage at all. It was a great way to add to the program.
