The Future of UX

UX is a term that people are using loosely to describe something that is usually digital. But as digital is becoming more and more coherent, it's easier to build websites based on bootstrap or something. We're realizing that we have to go beyond that and actually think about where are people using this website? The basis of everything we're doing is in the physical world. If I have a MacBook Air and you have a MacBook air, we feel instantly connected when we're sitting at a cafe together.
