The majority of support queries will be resolved completely automatically without talking to humans. It's going to take some while both for the tech, but also for the human aspect as well to get used to using more and more automation. The material that we're designing with has this element of unknowability almost baked into it. So designers are now looking at working with this material that feels way more unknowable and plastic than crud apps create.
