I Got Out of the Subway and Got a Sandwich

The man from the dumpster was waiting in the parking lot next to my car. He was sitting on the hood of a blue Honda Accord. I really started to freak out at that point. There was no reason for this guy to be in my town an hour away from the mall. The dispatcher advised me to drive to the nearest police station and she wouldn't have formed what was going on until I stayed on the line with her. But ultimately there was nothing that could be doneBesides giving him a ticket for driving with his lights off. And my description of the man by the dumpster matched that of the driver of the Accord.
