How Long Does It Take to Grow a Ship?

An oak is only really ready for ship building when it's about 80 to a hundred and 20 years old. For certain types of parts of the ship, youe need oak that has grown in a very particular way. That's often called compass timbers. So i think if i called correctly, things like l thit are pretty good for the keel. And there's all sorts of other ones that you can use for the planking as well.
