How to Deal With Irrational Anger

Max Maher: I've noticed that if I take NightQuill or any kind of sleep aid, basically I'm a zombie till noon. So I cannot do that because it just messes with me. If someone is mad at you for something, to just kind of state the obvious on how they feel. It's like what you kind of rationalize their irrational anger. And then it makes them have to think out why they feel that way.
