Is There a Way to Stop the Sea From Rising?

Even our best efforts are not going to stop the sea from rising. The Army Corps of Engineers in the United States is building a seawall, but it won't be enough. Unfortunately, we have to act decades ahead of time. If they're not going to react to this report then it's going to come down to people like us complaining and making waves.
