i've been audit a few times, and for various reasons, as i think anybody who generally makes a lot of money can dow have happened. But i've never found them to be particularly sophisticated. We get pulled in mid audit because people listen to our podcast, they read, they they get audited for real state professional status. And then they call us up and say, please help me with this. So we get pulled in, and we'll review the records, and slike, you know, we typically, i would say, 95 % of the time, are delivering bad news right from the getcuts.
