Are We Getting It Wrong?
The Kardashev theory says the rise of civilization and the development of civilization is equally mapped and correlated to its energy consumption. When societies start to decline or failed states, et cetera, you see energy consumption go down. And we can see it this year with the extreme prices that we had in Europe. It created a pretty serious hardship for a lot of people. We want to make sure that energy remains affordable.
