The Goal Start Compounding

The goals were to close 600 loans, hire 25 loan officers, hit 250 million in gross volume, hire 10 new processors, and get to nationwide service. We're about halfway there. In 2023, we should be licensed in all 50 states. My goals for 2023 with that company are to move our model to a processor pool as opposed to a processor working under an individual loan officer. And if I hit that goal, all the rest of them will probably be hit as a consequence of that one goal.
