How Much Do You Prepare for Your Talks?

I wanted to ask you about your talks. I was curious only because i think maybe this is just a stuff you hear. When you go to give a talk, d you have a set plan, or are you purely spontaneously, sort of emanating from that place? I fee like my whole life as a preparation to giving a talk.
