Google Lens Is a New Way for Alphabet to Boost Its Database

Google Lens is an app that's powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning. It helps users identify objects through the use of their smartphone camera. Just a little over a year after its launch, Google Lens was already able to recognize up to a billion individual items. As of 2019, Google Lens has been asked more than one billion questions. Its search function isn't just limited to images, however. The current capability being more than 100 languages. And it can also read text out loud for those who have difficulty reading small texts.
