Is There a Difference Between a Test and a Demo?

There used to be a mode in our spec where it would like print out like your test strings and sort of a dock format or I think you can still say tach tach dock at the command line. It's an interesting side benefit that probably doesn't matter anymore but was probably really important in 2012. There was also quite a lot of just excitement about how it would improve design right so like you would have clear alignment between product and engineers. And if everyone is a developer on a team currently like we're all engineers and we're all you know like we all understand code for us, then extreme programming done right does work.
