There's a lot of opportunity that you can access by investing in ETFs on the fixed income side and also mutual funds. People shouldn't think, oh, well bonds fixed income, it's risk-free. Not all Munis are tax deductible in the same way. A lot of those risk characteristics are easy to identify by looking at ratings categories.
