Silo: A Community of 10,000 Human Beings

When the show begins, you don't know why they are living in the silo. And so I wondered when you were conceptualizing this whole idea, did you have in mind an apocalyptic event and then kind of go backwards from there? Or did you start with just the premise of here's this isolated community and what is it going to be like? Yeah, I had it in the event in mind. I wasn't sure if I would ever get to it. But it's, you know, when you when you spend a lot of time writing a story, you spend way more time outside of the writing process thinking about the story.
