A woman applicant is 30% less likely to be called for a job interview than an identically qualified man. Having only one woman against three men means there is statistically zero chance of her being hired. Adding another woman to the short list makes the odds of hiring a woman 79 times greater. We can use blind c vs and application letters so that hiring managers can't tell if they're from a man or a woman or a nonbinary person. I think it's really important that we change the world around us echly, because the worldAround us is telling us that men are in charge. There is barely a woman over 50 as a t v presenter, unless presenting something like cash.
