David Wheeler: I'm not sure, like the right answer on the graduates, you know, strike and whether they have an obligation to do research. For them, if the benefit of the work and the benefit they get from doing the work plus the salary they make isn't enough, like any human, they're going to want to look for other things or try and make up the gap. He says there's just so much that could be realized if we can get a material that superconducts at room temperature. "There's all these phonon pairing theories and not a lot that's been proved and or disproven really at this stage," he says.
